Our Promise: We will always discuss the basis of our charges with you at the outset and we will update this as the matter progresses if necessary.
Sometimes we will need to do some initial work to assess how much work is required. Where possible we will give you an estimate of the likely overall costs involved.
We will also discuss with the you the different ways of paying for our services. Some clients prefer to be billed periodically as the matter progresses, others prefer to agree a fixed fee at the outset. We are able to look at all options with you.
Anti-Money Laundering Regulations and Compliance
Before we can agree to act for you or accept any money from you the law requires that we obtain evidence of your identity by checking your identity documents and carrying out on-line searches. The fee we charge for this depends on the type of client and the service we are providing for you as set out below.
