Biography

Nicola joined Kirbys in 2020 as a senior solicitor. Having qualified in 2003, Nicola was previously Head of Private Client at a leading law firm in Leeds and an associate solicitor at a well-established firm in Ilkley.

Nicola is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE), and specialises in wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.

Nicola deals with clients’ needs compassionately and with expertise and experience at what is often a very distressing time for the family.

When not working, Nicola enjoys walks in the Yorkshire Dales with her family, and also pilates, swimming and running.

I have known and worked with both Kirbys and, more importantly, Roger Dooley for more than 20 years now and could not recommend them highly enough!
